*** Courier fee of £60 also payable.

Payment options

We are pleased to offer credit and debit card facilities and payments can be made over the telephone. There will be a 2% supplementary charge to cover the costs involved in processing credit card payments. Payments must be made in full before treatment can commence.

North West Fertility Ltd reserves the right to alter fees at any time and fees are reviewed annually with effect from 1st April.
